Common questions
When do I pay, and when do I receive?+
You settle the first month (or first year) of the subscription after our call; creation itself is free. I start the moment the payment arrives and deliver the store within 24h. This is not payment on receipt — the payment is what starts the work.
What about the “cash on delivery” you advertise?+
That one is for YOUR customers: they order on your store and pay the courier when the parcel arrives. It is a feature of the store, not how you pay for your subscription.
I don't have a domain name — is that a problem?+
No. I buy and configure the .tn or .com domain for you; it is included in the subscription.
Who adds my products?+
You do, from your dashboard — it is built to be simple. On the Premium plan I import them for you.
Can I manage stock?+
Yes. Every product has its stock, variants and photos, and the store blocks orders on a sold-out item.
Can I stop whenever I want?+
Yes, the subscription ends when you say so. The store and its data belong to you.
