Connecty — Unified Social Selling, Stock & Delivery Platform

Selling on social media in Tunisia often means juggling multiple inboxes at once. Connecty brings Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp into a single dashboard, converts comments and messages into confirmed orders, synchronizes stock levels in real time, and dispatches parcels directly to courier services without manual data entry.

The brief

During a live selling session, a merchant might receive thirty orders in the comments, only to spend hours manually copying customer names and phone numbers into notebooks, spreadsheets, and carrier portals. Each step increases the risk of lost orders, stockouts, and shipping errors. The goal was to consolidate this entire workflow into a few intuitive clicks.

What it does

• Every channel in one place. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp connected to a single desk, keeping conversations directly beside their corresponding orders.
• Live comments become orders. During live broadcasts, customer comments are captured instantly and converted into orders, tagged with the originating channel.
• Unified order desk. Centralizes orders from live streams, comments, direct messages, or manual entries into a single list equipped with custom tags and smart filters.
• Accurate stock management. Supports product variants, options, and units. Stock levels adjust automatically upon order confirmation, cancellation, return, or replenishment.
• Direct carrier integration. Dispatches parcels directly to Tunisian logistics providers from the app, updating real-time tracking statuses without switching websites.
• Barcode dispatch and return scanning. Scan parcels when leaving for delivery and upon shop return to verify status and prevent errors.
• Multi-user collaboration. Enables entire teams to work concurrently on a single account with tailored role-based access permissions.
• Multilingual and responsive. A fully responsive interface supporting multiple languages across mobile devices on the shop floor and desktop workstations in the office.

Under the hood

A performant Next.js and React frontend powered by a robust NestJS API and PostgreSQL database. Redis manages asynchronous background jobs and message queues, while live WebSocket events stream updates to the dashboard in real time. The entire infrastructure is containerized with Docker.
